For our voluntary 14-day policy, the request must be made within 14 calendar days of the initial eligible Plus purchase. Renewal refunds and any additional statutory rights are handled according to applicable law and the payment provider’s terms.
You can cancel an active Plus subscription using the subscription-management link provided by Lemon Squeezy. Unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by law, cancellation stops future renewal and access continues through the already-paid billing period.
Email info@1into1.com with the email address used for purchase and, when available, the Lemon Squeezy order or receipt reference. We will review the request and respond as soon as reasonably possible.
