By accessing or using 1into1 with Jesus, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Core local features are designed to remain available without a prayer-use quota, including local prayer guidance, Bible reading/search, journal, journeys, Lay It Down, and related device-based tools. Certain cloud features, including Ask Deeper and optional encrypted cross-device backup, may require an active Plus subscription. Ask Deeper is intended for normal personal use and may be subject to reasonable fair-use and anti-abuse limits because it uses paid cloud infrastructure.
Ask Deeper may use a third-party cloud AI provider. AI responses can be incomplete or incorrect and should be treated as assistance for reflection, not as divine revelation, prophecy, doctrine issued by a church, or guaranteed factual advice. Users should verify important biblical, historical, medical, legal, financial, or other high-stakes information independently.
Paid subscriptions are processed through Lemon Squeezy. Recurring subscriptions continue until cancelled according to the billing terms shown at checkout. The exact price, billing interval, taxes, and renewal terms displayed at checkout control the purchase.
Many personal features are stored locally in your browser. Clearing browser storage, resetting a device, or uninstalling browser data may remove that local information. Optional encrypted backup requires a user-created passphrase. If the passphrase is lost, 1into1 cannot decrypt or recover the encrypted backup.
You may not use the service to break the law, harm or harass others, attack or disrupt the service, bypass access controls, probe for secrets, abuse rate limits, or attempt unauthorized access to accounts, infrastructure, or other users' data.
Features, cloud providers, free quotas, pricing, and availability may change over time. Local features may continue to work without internet when the required assets have previously been prepared on the device, but uninterrupted offline or cloud availability is not guaranteed.
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. You remain responsible for decisions you make based on the application. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
