- Who is authorized to provide them
- Any required retention or deletion expectations
Do not send more than the review needs.
A milestone review generally needs contractual scope, acceptance criteria, the payment request and evidence relevant to delivery. Personal data or unrelated commercial information should not be included unless it is genuinely necessary to assess the milestone.
No documents are required.
For the first step, we only ask for the ERP/CRM platform, the milestone being accepted and its approximate value. We then tell you the three evidence areas we would expect to verify.
