How to reorder, rotate and delete PDF pages visually

Use page thumbnails to rearrange one PDF, rotate individual pages in 90-degree steps, and remove pages you do not want before saving a new organized copy locally.

  1. Choose the PDF you want to organize.
  2. Drag page thumbnails into the order you want, or use the move-earlier and move-later controls.
  3. Rotate any individual page clockwise in 90-degree steps when its orientation is wrong.
  4. Delete pages that should not appear in the final document.
  5. Save and download the organized PDF, then verify page order and orientation.

A practical example

A scanned packet with pages 1, 3, 2, a sideways page 4 and an unwanted blank page can be reordered, page 4 rotated, and the blank page deleted in one visual workflow.

Common questions

Can I reorder pages by dragging them?

Yes. Drag page cards to new positions. The tool also provides move-earlier and move-later buttons.

Can I rotate only one page?

Yes. Each page card has its own clockwise rotation control, applied in 90-degree steps.

Can I delete unwanted pages?

Yes. Deleting a page removes it from the configuration used to build the downloaded copy.

Can I insert or duplicate pages here?

No. The current Organize PDF workflow reorders, rotates and removes pages from one source PDF; it does not insert or duplicate pages.

Does organizing preserve selectable vector content?

Clean unencrypted PDFs use the native page-copy path. Protected or incompatible inputs can fall back to high-resolution rendered pages, so exact vector or text preservation is not guaranteed for every file.

Is the PDF uploaded?

The organize workflow runs locally in your browser.
